Billing Structure • Rentals are billed on a 28-day billing cycle
First Payment Includes • One-time setup and Delivery fee • First full 28-day rental period • Once a week service
Important Billing Terms • Customers are responsible for the full first 28-day rental charge, even if the unit is removed before the end of the first billing period • The second invoice may be prorated to align the customer with the company’s regular
Billing cycle • After the second billing period, all future invoices will continue on the standard billing schedule
